Nomination Process and Timelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to temperature control professionals world-wide
• Self nominations are accepted ONLY with a Supporting Nomination by client or user (not from same company as nominee). The Supporting Nomination requires a second nomination form to be filled out by the client or user
• A representative from the nominee organisation must be present to win and accept award

Entry Process

• Fully complete and send the completed nomination form (see form below)
• Send supplementary information to support the nomination to courtney.becker@iqpc.co.uk including:
  • A PowerPoint presentation describing the project, initiative or team – limited to 15 slides (to be posted online and on-site at the conference for 'public' and 'community' judging. i.e. a PPT presentation is highly encouraged to contend with other nominees)
  • White Papers or published articles
  • Team or colleague or ‘user’ testimonials
  • Alternative to PPT presentation, a Word document up to 1500 words or 3 pages

Judging Criteria

The nominations will be scored in each of the following:

• Demonstrated improvements in efficiency (cost cutting, improvement docs, service levels, patient safety, reduced risk, streamlined processes, etc)
• Technical content, validity, applicability and value
• Impact to company, business or organisation
• Novelty, pursuit of entrepreneurship and industry best practice
