    Brian E. Holland works as a Drilling Engineer, and has been involved in the drilling industry for more than 40 years. His experience includes work as an Engineer plus Management of operations in international oil fields. For the last 20 plus years, he has been a consultant.

    During this time he has managed field operations on both land and sea. There were times when he had a six rig fleet, and he spent time as a Team Leader in Sarawak Shell, Malaysia. Working around the globe, he has managed significant drilling operations in India, New Zealand, Oman, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Nigeria and West African countries like Congo and Gabon. Companies that he has worked with include: Shell, Todd Oil Services, Maersk Oil and Gas, Petroleum Development Omanm Oxy Qatar, and Oil Search Limited. He studied Civil Engineering and graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
