Providing affordable housing continues to be a challenge within the current emerging Middle East market. Governments within the region are seeking exceptional development frameworks, strategies and legislation toward creating and sustaining affordable housing.

We are looking forward to this summit as we hope that the brainstorming sessions through the four days of innovative content and exchange of knowledge will boost the partnership and concentrate efforts of regional strategic leaders, thus assisting us to reach necessary targets.

It is largely felt that this summit is not only timely for Bahrain itself but for the entire region which is now on the verge of tremendous reform. The agenda successfully addresses all of the strategies necessary for successful reform; development, legislation, financing and above all, partnership.

We are very pleased with the way the summit has been structured and look forward to a fruitful event
