Today, there is a current peace among the nation states in Central & South America, however along with this nation-state peace there time is a growing civil unrest in Latin America lead by drug cartels and drug traffickers. The drug economy throughout the region is leading to the increased need to modernize law enforcement & military vehicles to successful attack drug operations and guerilla units.
