He holds a degree in Masters of Science - Engineering and MBA – International Business and Supply Chain Operations from University of Toledo, Ohio USA. Prasanna is specialised in mining database systems for incorporating industry best practices to help make supply chain more efficient for the last 12 years. He has a proven track record of implementing and getting results achieved in a timely, efficient manner for various Fortune 500 corporations in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany and Poland. He has implemented WMS - Warehouse Management Systems, CRM – Customer Relationship Management and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for organisations. He is an effective team leader and has managed resources both on site and off site and has worked extensively on IT offshore initiatives. Prior to moving to the USA, he has worked for organisations in the Jebel Ali Free Zone of Dubai, UAE and in a refinery in Chennai, India.
