Pierre Gentin
Managing Director and Head of Litigation

Pierre M. Gentin is a Managing Director and Head of Litigation at Credit Suisse. Mr. Gentin previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and, prior to that, he worked in the Litigation Department of Dewey LeBoeuf. Mr. Gentin received his bachelors degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Princeton, and his law degree from Columbia.

Dan Taub
Managing Director & Head of Litigation
Bear Stearns

Dan is a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. where he is the attorney in charge of litigation and regulatory matters for the firm. He received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1973 and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. At Bear, Stearns, where he has been since 1987, Dan is responsible for the supervision of litigations and arbitrations filed against and for the firm, as well as the handling of regulatory inquiries by government agencies and self-regulatory organizations. He has tried arbitrations at the NASD, NYSE and the AMEX and has represented employees appearing before the S.E.C. and self-regulatory organizations. He is also on the panel of arbitrators of the NASDR, where he has heard cases arising out of complaints by customers against broker dealers as well as disputes between broker dealers, registered representatives and counterparties. Finally, he is a member of the FINRA Arbitration and Amicus committees.

Steven Haber
Head of Litigation
Deutsche Bank

Steven Haber is currently a Managing Director and Head of Litigation -- Americas at Deutsche Bank AG. Steven has been Head of Litigation since early 2004, and has been at Deutsche Bank since 2002. Prior to that, he was a litigation partner at Rosenman & Colin (now Katten Muchin Rosenman). From 1989-1999, Steven was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, the last five years of which he served as Chief Appellate Attorney in the Civil Division. Steven graduated from Yale College in 1984 and Yale Law School in 1987, and thereafter served a two-year clerkship with the Hon. Maryanne Trump Barry, then U.S. District Judge, District of New Jersey.
