The spread of terrorism and terrorist activities across African borders is intensifying particularly in West and Central Africa. African government are constantly trying to collaborate as a continent to combat and reduce the increase of terrorist activities.
Various religious movements, political instability, socio-economic pressures and territorial consolidation are some of the major concerns that are contributing factors to the spread of terrorism in Africa.
