Jacinth Smiley is an accomplished Senior Finance Executive and Certified Public Accountant with demonstrated leadership experience across multiple industries, including financial services and has worked throughout the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia. She lives the meaning of strategic business partner and seizes every opportunity to get intimate with the business, leveraging her breadth of expertise to drive growth, margin expansion and business effectiveness. She has gained significant experience in financial reporting, accounting, capital management, investor relations and international operations.

She currently serves as Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at LyondellBasell, a ~$40 billion publicly-traded chemical company. Prior to that she spent 20yrs with General Electric, across a number of industries, in multiple roles, including CFO, Controller, FP&A Director and Integration Leader. She started her career in Public Accounting before joining United Technologies’ Audit Function.
