Caroline is a marketing professional who has led strategies
in customer acquisition and engagement through online and offline channels. As
Chief Customer Officer of one of the leading family entertainment centre (FEC)
Group in Asia Pacific, Caroline champions and drives teams towards a
customer-centric organisation, putting the customer first in all aspects of
doing business.
Prior to her current role with The Entertainment and
Education Group (TEEG), Caroline was Head of Digital for the Fairmont, Raffles
and Swissotel group, followed by the Accor Hotels group, where she spearheaded
digital transformation.
Before joining the FEC industry, Caroline worked for over 20
years in travel and hospitality, from revenue management roles to marketing
strategist to a policy-maker role in the Singapore Tourism Board. To this new
business, she brings with her, the culture and philosophy of
customer-centricity and customer service.
