Marketing & business leaders are driving sweeping digital transformation strategies, including initiatives such as next best experience, personalization, omni-channel customer experience, and compliance with customer-centric regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. The common denominator to all of those initiatives is having a solid data foundation and a Customer 360. Most organizations have tons of customer information residing across many systems and silos, but customer profiles tend to be less than 20% complete and lack insights from unstructured data including web chats and emails. Getting to 100% doesn’t happen with traditional matching capabilities or from raw data in a lake. It requires modern capabilities including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, graph visualization and more to take full advantage of all data.
In this keynote session, David Corrigan, VP Products, Customer Insights at Informatica (former CEO at AllSight), will share a framework for how to build an intelligent Customer 360 and give examples of how enterprises are acting on complete 360 views of their customers.

The expectations for the transformative impact of AI are sky high. But for large enterprises, the potential of AI is on a direct collision course with the reality of their messy, siloed data. Clean, comprehensive, accurate data is the fuel that AI needs to deliver the best outcomes. Garbage in, garbage out. The challenge for big, mature organizations is that they have decades of accumulated data debt that must be paid down first. What's the silver bullet? There isn't one. But using AI (specifically machine learning) to unify fractured data silos and clean dirty, duplicative records is part of the answer. Implementing that capability as part of a comprehensive DataOps model to modernize data management is a more complete answer. This talk will look at these challenges facing large enterprises and share examples of what innovators are doing to rise to the occasion.
