The complexity of the care continuum necessitates robust data sharing capabilities in order to maximize the veracity of advanced analytics and predicative models aimed at improving clinical outcomes. Unfortunately, there remains a significant amount of challenges to achieving the vision due to issues related to interoperability barriers, lack of universal data standards and concerns about the sensitivity of patient data. This session will explore some of the ways in which providers and payees alike are developing innovative strategies to improve data sharing capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of Health Information Exchanges.
Join this session to explore:
•How analytics can be used to avoid all-too-common errors in patient matching
•Improving the flow of communication among providers with cloud-based messaging
