Within his role as Chief Analytics Officer at Nord/LB, Dominik built an interdisciplinary innovation Lab from scratch that brings together the outstanding people in their filed. Dominik drives the digital change of the bank by creating, amongst other things, a bank wide LabTalk series that explores ideas and topics outside the classical banking domain, reading groups that dig deep into new scientific findings, and user groups around multiple topics (like R), attracting more then a hundred employees every month. Dominik has also developed complex data analytics models to reduce investment risk amongst other things
