Jeremy Cohen

Programme Director, BCBS 239 Royal Bank of Scotland

Jeremy has been working in technology change within Financial Services for almost 20 years. He spent a number of years at UBS building and running the Quality Assurance practice for Finance before moving to the Royal Bank of Scotland where he is now the Programme Director for the BCBS239 Programme. As such he has developed the compliance strategy and approach and works closely with the senior managers across the organisation to embed strong data practices within their operating models. He collaborates closely with the Chief Data Office to ensure an effective transition of the necessary compliance activities into Business As Usual. He is a passionate advocate for delivering sustainable change.
