Sophie Talbot is Director of Project & Data at the Purchasing center of Casino Group, based in France. In the data field, her goal is to find the ways to leverage data and help to boost the purchasing performance. She enjoys meeting and working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Graduated from HEC Paris Business school, with a major in Finance, Sophie has 11 years hand-on business experience in Food Retail, at Casino Group, with leadership roles in Finance, Planning & Strategy, Marketing, Wine Purchasing, and Data. She also worked 2 years for Casino Business Unit in Vietnam, leading the Sales & Performance development department.

Sophie is also passionate about wine and gained a Sommelier diploma from the Wine University, South of France.
