Will Bell is the sales leader for HPE BlueData in Europe.  He has helped build revenues in disruptive startups for 20 years, the last 6 years of which have been in the AI/ML & Big Data space.  One of his observations is that the technology rate of change across almost all customer industries continues to accelerate, and a painful symptom of this is the difficulty that IT has in keeping up with the business.  This bottle-neck is especially acute in Data Science and is the heart of the problem that HPE BlueData is helping its customers to overcome.
