David leads EY’s Data and Analytics practice for Financial Services in the UK. Throughout his career, he has worked across the boundary between business and technology and he specializes in customer analytics, end to end process design and data led business transformation. His primary focus is Financial Services. However, he has also worked extensively across other industries including Media, Retail and TelCo.

David has a particular interest in the people side of technology transformation and the changes required in culture, skills and operating model to fully unlock the benefits of innovation. He is currently leading a research project on the changing role of the Chief Data Officer.
