For the past 16 years Oliver has provided technical leadership to deliver professional technology strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Initially specialising in software quality, he has taken on a variety senior roles, planning and implementing multi-continent software delivery organisations leading to transformative changes in business performance levels. Oliver is currently focusing his efforts on building out the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning function within 118 118 Money to drive new technical solutions that increase revenue whilst simultaneously improving customer outcomes.
