Sri Ambati is the CEO and Founder of H2O.ai – the maker behind H2O, the leading open source machine learning platform used by 18,000 companies and hundreds of thousands of data scientists. Prior to H2O.ai, he co-founded the big data analytics company Platfora. His professional career also spans technical and executive roles at Datastax, Azul Systems, and RightOrder. His academic career involved sabbaticals in theoretical neuroscience at Stanford and Berkeley and an M.S. in math and computer science from the University of Memphis. He was recently recognized by Datanami as one of the 12 People to Watch 2019.
