Cancellations & Substitutions:
In the event that any delegate is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, written notice of cancellation must be provided 4 weeks in advance of the meeting. In the event that the delegate named is unable to attend and does not provide at least 4 weeks notice of cancellation or is unable to arrange for a substitution fee of £599+VAT (or $599 for events based in the USA) will be applied against the credit card provided.
Substitute representatives will be considered to replace the delegate, on guarantee of equivalent authority and subject to acceptance by the Organiser, if notice is provided of the change at least 4 weeks in advance of the Exchange. Substitutes will only be admitted to the Exchange at the Organiser's discretion. Attending delegates agree to participate in pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings arranged through the event website and failure to participate in such meetings may also result in charging of the cancellation fee.
