Kat Heffron joined T-Mobile in 2014, and currently leads the strategy to streamline enterprise data, while creating scale for the future. In 2015, she launched a transformation initiative to implement new technology and processes to achieve these goals and deliver business value. The work continues in 2018 with a focus on enterprise strategy for data and advanced analytics

Prior to joining the T-Mobile, she was the Vice President, Business Intelligence at L Brands (formerly known as Limited Brands). Kat led a vertical business and customer intelligence solution encompassing analytics, data architecture, technical operations and infrastructure. She brings more than twenty years of retail and technology leadership experience.
