Airbus is a digital aerospace frontrunner. As the connected business is moving fast forward towards becoming an internet value chain, Airbus collaborates proactively with passenger service providers, operators and airlines to make continuous and ubiquitous connectivity happen.
Leveraging its breadth of experience in aircraft, satellites and secure military communications, Airbus is preparing communication network solutions that are interoperable between aircraft, satellites, command centres and mobile units deployed on the ground or at sea. The connective capabilities of Airbus aircraft will enable the creation of a digital ecosystem: air traffic management, airport connectivity, maintenance, repair and overhaul using real-time information to positively impact operations, repairs, profitability, and productivity, as well as opening up seamless and ubiquitous connectivity for passengers.
