Houman is a data & technology leader with a particular focus on emerging technologies, software engineering, data science & AI, and business transformation.

He is the inventor and founder of the Open Blockchain protocol and algorithm. He has developed and founded the Open Blockchain platform beginning of 2018, which is the first API-ready and free to use public Blockchain platform with instant confirmation of transactions.

In 2018, he architected and developed aviation’s first global platform for digital ID management (aka “project DNA”) leveraging asymmetric encryption, Blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence for IATA, in partnership with Amazon Web Services, and piloted the solution with United Airlines.

He is an aerospace/software engineer from background, and is currently part-time lecturer of Blockchain Management and Distributed Ledger Technology at the EU Business School in Geneva.
