Mr. Josh Berghouse is an Air Pollution Specialist in the Consumer Products Implementation Section at the California Air Resources Board (CARB). 

In this capacity, Josh is responsible for maintaining the Consumer Products Survey Database that is being used to update CARBs Consumer Products Emissions Inventory that will form the basis for the upcoming Consumer Products rulemaking. Josh will also be leading the upcoming rulemaking.

Josh has a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Sacramento. During his nineteen-year tenure at CARB, Josh spent several years in the Consumer Products Enforcement Program where he provided compliance assistance to regulated entities and led numerous investigations into violations of the Consumer Products Regulation.
