QUT is in the midst of an ambitious 3 year horizon data and analytics transformation program. In this case study presentation Debbie will share the innovative strategies she has used to lead new Enterprise Data Strategy development and implementation across a complex university environment, lessons learned and future plans for expansion. This session will focus on:

Fundamentals of the QUT Enterprise Data Strategy in terms of purpose, vision and priorities
Exploring how design thinking was used to feed stakeholder input into development of the Enterprise Data Strategy
Taking a Product Roadmap approach to leading cultural and infrastructure change – encouraging QUT to embrace a whole new way of working with data
