With over 5 million customers and total assets worth close to $250 billion, ANZ has a large data inflow and a key contributor to the banks success is the quality of their data to drive performance and productivity. Paul Davies will discuss how he led the data governance teams approach to measuring data quality, managing data quality issues and focusing data quality remediation effort through the establishment of executive data quality metrics.

· Examining processes and methodology for building and maintaining data quality measures that support efforts to improve data quality.

· Designing a metrics led governance approach to data quality that aligns executive focus and remediation effort to enterprise or Divisional strategic priorities.
