In the midst of a new strategy roadmap to improve service design capabilities, Director of Identity Management Shane Gandy will present the work the NSW Department of Education are undergoing to protect and secure student privacy, as well as increase student and teacher online engagement. With over 815,000 students and 100,000 teachers under their jurisdiction, the department are in the process of improving this strategy. Through the implementation of their digital identity framework, learn how the department ensures the digital identity of students remain secure.
