Dr. Yandong Fan has a PhD in mobile computing with 20-year experience in software development and system integration. In the recent 6 years, he has focused on leading strategy, innovation, and architecture functions to enrich customer experience and enable business transformation. Now as the head of transport architecture at DoT (Department of Transport), he manages enterprise architects and supervises solution architects to deliver blueprints and  solutions to empower simple and connected journeys for customers.
