Jay Garcia (Past Speaker)

Jay is the Asia Technology Infrastructure Lead of Citi for regulatory compliance, cross-border transfers of data and function. He also managed risk and control self-assessment and issue management lifecycle of the organization prior to his current role. Jay is a former auditor and risk advisor which from an external and internal capacity handling financial statutory audit, information security, and fraud investigations. He is an MBA graduate and a Certified Public Accountant. He was also successful in obtaining CISA and CIA certifications.
