Different teams have requirements that can’t always be met through a generalised, 'one-size fits all' approach to flexibility. Allianz has taken a team based approach to flexibility which includes five guiding principles to ensure all roles, all managers and all employees are supported. This team based approach allows a more inclusive approach to flexibility and embeds it as the way work is conducted on a day to day basis.
