Unitywater is working towards a flexible working culture that is built on trust and care through the implementation of a wider cultural change program. This program started in the safety department with a focus on constructive behaviours and a constructive view of the workplace to establish effective flexible working practices. Specific policies and programs have since been implemented to utilise technology to promote flexibility, and attract and retain talent.
In this session:
- Understanding the requirements of two distinct workforces to create a flexible work culture that is widely accepted
- Enabling a shift in culture – how to integrate work-life balance to promote a flexible work environment and remote working
- Leveraging technology to create a flexible working environment to attract and retain talent
