Unitywater is working towards a flexible working culture that is built on trust and care through the implementation of a wider cultural change program. This program started in the safety department with a focus on constructive behaviours and a constructive view of the workplace to establish effective flexible working practices. Specific policies and programs have since been implemented to utilise technology to promote flexibility, and attract and retain talent.
