Flexible working has become culturally acceptable at AMP through the support of senior executives who demonstrate this flexibility. To create clear expectations of flexible working, employees were encouraged to participate in surveys to help develop policy and processes. These policy and processes allow employees to re-establish their goals as a form of performance metrics to ensure that productivity is still maintained whilst integrating flexible working practises.
