The NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) are leading the NSW public sector in flexible working following a concerted effort by the leadership team and executives to promote and model flexible working and help create an environment where it was allowed and now is the norm. To drive this change in flexible working DPC embedded flexible working as a key part of its diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure employees to manage their lives as is suitable for them. Progressing forward, the focus for the DPC is to implement flexibility into traditionally non-flexible teams and role categories which will encourage flexibility across the whole department.

  • Implementing effective change management strategies to achieve a flexible workforce
