He is leading the transformation file of the procurement sector in the Higher Colleges of Technology in strategic alignment with the UAE’s national agenda and the HCT 4.0 strategy to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Mahmoud has an extensive experience in Procurement & Contracts in Public Sector for more than 10 years and he is pursuing his Doctoral Degree from UK in Procurement and Organization Strategy.
