John Rutteman is the Head of Workforce Strategy for Credit Suisse Asia Pacific with responsibility to define and drive the firm’s workforce strategy for the region. He has worked with Credit Suisse for 12 years in a variety of Divisions and roles including Chief Operating Officer, Head of Offshoring and Outsourcing and Head of Finance. Originally from London, John has a background in Consulting, Project and Program Management and Finance for banks and financial services organizations. He lives in Singapore with his wife, 3 sons and too many skateboards
