Emmanuelle Wetzel is a European and German Patent Attorney and has 25 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. She is Head of Networks Patent Portfolio at Nokia. Her technical background is in Telecommunication and especially mobile network communications. She holds a Master of Science from Telecom Paris Tech and in Electrical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
