Natalie Bennett is a trial and appellate lawyer who clerked in the Eastern District of Texas and at the Federal Circuit. She has taken seven high stakes IP matters through trial to final judgment. She won the first verdict obtained under the Defend Trade Secrets Act. Natalie’s litigation role includes managing discovery, drafting briefs, taking/defending depositions, and examining witnesses. She is also an experienced appellate advocate, recently obtaining a precedential decision with significant implications for veterans navigating claims for disability benefits. Natalie is an advocate for NextGen and Diversity issues in the many bar organizations in which she is involved.
