4:00 PM CASE STUDY: Creating a Future Innovation Hub Across Our Portfolio - Mirvac’s EY Centre at 200 George Street

Mirvac’s EY Centre at 200 George Street was created in close collaboration with anchor tenant, EY, and a strong focus on innovative and sustainable design. This allowed them to deliver a building that was tailored to the needs of its occupants and facilitates flexible working. It also demonstrated that forward-thinking office environments can improve both building performance as well as the performance of its occupants. This case study will highlight the synergies from client partnership and collaborative forward-looking design, and covers:

  • Recognising the needs and values of our client and partners
  • Creating a space for smart innovation of the future
  • Using these successes to promote future PropTech across the portfolio
