Digital transformation is a key part of evolution in the property market, as technologies and solutions become increasingly digitized and connected in the growing IoT space. But the challenge that we face is taking these solutions and new innovative concepts in the marketplace back to a grass roots and mechanical level for when knocking down a structure and starting again isn’t an option:
- Deciding which solutions are relevant to our existing assets and needs
- Effectively communicating with our partners to develop effective solutions and packages to suit legacy assets
