JLL’s Command Centre Concept is an IB management platform that provides building owners and occupiers with an advanced understanding of a building’s operational performance and ability to benchmark against others for greater understanding. This talk will look at how JLL assesses and incorporates this concept into its varied portfolio of building assets:
- Assessing a client site for system suitability & highlighting the key connectivity challenges
- How centralised data management enables improved: real-time alerts, engineering & energy management, failure & operation data analysis
- Identifying trends & anomalies for continuous monitoring and finetuning of services to increase efficiency, security, transparency, and reduction of costs & energy use
