I have the awesome opportunity to work with our IT group in running our IT as a business.

We are bringing processes and transparency to maximize value to the business we support. We exist to support their processes that support the patients and community served by Intermountain. Among other things, in 2017 we have been formalizing an Analytic office for IT as part of our efforts. In essence, we've started from scratch defining our value proposition, key customers and key activities, and building processes to deliver several analytic offerings to our IT leadership and teams.
