There are currently 170 mall projects in the GCC in construction, design and tendering phase valued at over $639 billion.

Some of the mega projects to be showcased at this conference include:

• Mall of the World, developed by a joint venture of Dubai Holding and Emaar, valued at $1 billion
• Reem Mall, developed by a joint venture of NREC and Al Farwaniya Property Development, valued at $1 billion
• Meydan One Mall, developed by Meydan and valued at $435 million
• Mall of Oman, developed by Al Futtaim and valued at $714 million
