E-commerce accounted for over 10% of all sales in 2019 in the United States, with half of all such sales via a single platform. This session will focus on strategies for IP protection that can be used most effectively for products sold on or in competition with the major e-commerce platforms in the United States. The session will also cover options for asserting IP in U.S. courts and agencies and with e-commerce platforms directly.
