Holger Matthiesen is Head of Development Offshore Wind for Scandinavia, Poland and the Baltics States for RWE Renewables. H.Matthiesen studied in Aachen, Paris and Bremen. He has been working in the Oil/Gas Sector in Germany, Libya, Netherlands and Russia. Since 2012 he is working in the renewables business and more specifically in Offshore Wind. He has been responsible for development and construction projects and had been the Project Director for the Arkona Offshore Windfarm for E.ON Climate & Renewables. H.Matthiesen is married with 2 very nice children and lives in Hamburg.
