Mr Colin Lim

Colin is the founder and CEO of mobilityX, an SMRT seed funded start-up focusing on mobility-as-a-service.  He is concurrently Managing Director, SMRT Services.  Colin has spent 20 years in various roles across the transport industry including Geography Leader Intelligent Transport Systems, IBM; Group Director Vehicle & Transit Licensing & Deputy Group Director Policy & Planning, Land Transport Authority; and Deputy Director Land, Ministry of Transport.

He was previously a member of the Public Transport Council and the URA Master Plan Committee.  He graduated from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.”
