Mr Aik-Phong Ng

Ng Aik-Phong Ng is the Managing Director of Fave Singapore, Southeast Asia’s leading Online-to Offline and cashless payment start-up. AP, as he is more commonly known, is a founding member of Fave (previously known as KFit). As VP of Business Development, he was responsible for driving rapid business expansion of the popular fitness subscription platform KFit across Asia.

He currently heads out Fave’s Singapore business, focusing on growing the FavePay cashless payment and loyalty rewards solution amongst F&B merchants, as well as driving customer adoption of FavePay. In less than 10 months of launch, FavePay had processed its one millionth customer transaction and is now accepted at over 2,500 merchant locations in Singapore alone. AP is the The Leading CEO Award recipient at the 2018 Singapore HR Awards, in recognition of his business and organisational leadership. 

He was previously the Head of National Accounts for Groupon APAC, building and driving a regional business unit that generated annual revenues in excess of $50 Million across 6 countries (Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia & Singapore). 

He is actively involved in the start-up and business community, being a judge at StartUp Weekend Singapore 2017, UNICON 2018 and the Guest-of-Honour for ACS (I) IDEX 2018. Aik-Phong was also a Panelist at CapitaMall Malaysia Fireside Chat 2017 on the topic of “Future of Retail”.
