Bjoern’s experience in transport and logistics spans over 10 years. He was the Global Head of Logistics Strategy for Siemens during which time he oversaw key aspects of the high-profile merger between Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa in 2017.


He began his position as Head of Port Strategy in September 2017, driving the strategic development of Port of Hamburg with a particular focus on digital development and sustainability.
