Across Australia we are seeing increased investment the retrofit and refurbishment of long-standing commercial buildings, with particular focus on cutting energy usage and reduce carbon emissions. In fact, retrofitting or refurbishing building with well designed energy efficiency measures can deliver a 50-75% energy saving. Faced also with the development of many new builds which offer higher premium facilities, many property owners and developers see the upgrade and refit of their buildings as an essential strategy to remain competitive and attract and retain tenants.
IQPC is proud to host the Retrofit and Refurb Summit 2019, to be held in Sydney on 3-4 December. Featuring a mix of current or completed projects, this conference will deliver best practice sessions from industry leaders who will draw on their experience on delivering some of Australia’s major property transformations.
