Coopers Brewery, having recently built their new $65 million Malting Plant, have regulators that can pump 83 million litres of complex a year. Within these regulators SCADA systems are utilised as part of a package to ensure the correct data is collected and their beer is maintained at the optimum temperature. These systems play a significant role in quality control, supply and flavor consistency. Bettina Pickering, Control System Engineer at Coopers Brewery, will discuss their company’s precision brewing conditions through the use of SCADA and control systems.
- Understanding how control systems are being utilised for large-scale manufacturing plants
- Using SCADA for real-time analysis of brewery plants
- Determining quality control, supply and flavor consistency through SCADA networks
