Paul has over 20 years experience in operational and general management gained across UK, Europe and worldwide organisations. Having successfully completed two Class A implementations in industry and instigated numerous change management processes, Paul continues to support highly successful Business Improvement for Oliver Wight clients.

As an Oliver Wight Associate, Paul has worked on facilitating step-change improvement on a truly global scale. Driving significant improvements in costs, cash flow, lead times and customer service, Paul has worked for a diverse client base including Cummins Inc., ICI, npower, Nestlé, ALCOA, Oriflame, BP, Dairy Crest, Defence Munitions and many other multinational organisations.

Through effective deployment of Integrated Business Planning and Capable Planning and Control processes, Paul leads businesses to profitable growth, and helps them to reach Class A accreditation on their journey towards Business Excellence. Paul also plays a significant role in creating and delivering Oliver Wight’s Supply Chain Optimization public course material.
