Gretchen Teetzel

Originally interested in a career in Journalism Gretchen gravitated towards not just getting to know people but getting to know their passions and aspirations. This has led to a long career in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and talent management. She has worked on the agency side, with start-ups, as well as with numerous global leaders such as Lafarge/Holcim, Avery Dennison and Volvo Cars. Now, more than ever, it is paramount we develop and deliver alternative solutions to compete in the challenging ADAS and STEM spaces and Gretchen has built strong, diverse work environments through creative and collaborative partnerships and thrives on piloting ‘outside the box’ ways of attracting and retaining talent!
